Q…   What type of vehicles do you have and are they new?

A…  We have all new Renault Traffics, and for the luxury transfer a Mercedes V Class and an Audi Q7

Q….  How many people can fit in your minibuses?

A…. Total of 8 passengers in the minibuses.   If you are more passengers no problem as we just send 2 vehicles.

Q….   Can we add in passengers after we book?

A….   Yes no problem,  as long as we have availability.  However you have to let us know in advance to ensure that the correct vehicle is booked in and available.

Q…Is the minibus big enough for all our ski luggage as well as us ? 

A…Yes all our minibus’s,which are new every year, are an extra long wheel base and can seat up to 8 passengers with luggage and even ski’s.

Q…Will our transfer drop us at our accommodation?

A…Yes, all our transfer’s are door to door – snow & access permitting, . This also includes our shared transfers aswell as our private transfers.

Q…How do we recognise the driver at the airport? 

A… Our driver will meet you at the designated point in Arrivals and will have a board with your name on it.

Q…  When will our driver meet us?

A…  Your driver will be at the meeting point approximately 30 minutes after you land unless otherwise organised or if a shared transfer is booked.

Q…How long does the journey take fro, Geneva airport (are we nearly there yet?!!) 

A…From Geneva airport to resort (Courchevel/Meribel valleys) without any traffic or weather delays takes approx. 2.5hrs.

Q…Can we listen to our music in the minibus 

A…No problem,each minibus is equipped with Blue Tooth and USB portes.

Q…Can we stop to get some water?

A…No need all our vehicles carry a supply of bottled water which is free of charge.

Q…Do I need a child seat for my children?

A…No as we supply baby/child seat/booster seats free of charge – however they must be booked in advance as we do not carry them in the minibus.

Q… Is there space for a pushchair?

A… Should not be a problem if it is a small foldable type, however it depends on the number of passengers, luggage and skis that you are bringing.   Please ask us in advance and we will advise.

Q…Will we make it to resort if there is snow on the roads? 

A…All our vehicles have new snow tyres fitted every year as well as carry snow chains if the conditions are neccesary to use them.

Q…Is there a reduction for children? 

A…Yes under 5yrs old travel for free (Max 2 free seats on a full price private transfer)

Q…How do I pay for the booking?

A…Our online booking system allows you to pay via credit card with no surcharge.

Q…  When do I pay and do I have to pay the full amount?

A…  For busy dates such as the Christmas holidays, Half Term or weekends we recommend paying a deposit asap to secure your booking.   Availability during this time is limited.   A deposit is 50% and the balance will be due 21 days prior to arrival.

Q…   How do I book a shared transfer and does it take longer?

A…   Same way that you book a private which is through our online enquiry form or e-mail us to check availability.   In general yes the journey will take longer by approx 30 – 45 minutes as there will be various stops.

Q…  What is the difference between a shared transfer and a last minute?

A….  A shared transfer can be booked in advance as we have shuttle times.   The shuttle requires a minimum of 2 passengers to run or if the one way is booked already by another group.   So even if you are 1 passenger you still will be able to book onto it as long as it is running.   A lastminute is usually advertised anytime from a month to 2 days before and operates when we have an empty leg going to or from the airport.

Q….  Is your shared shuttle only for Geneva?

A….  Yes.   But lastminute transfers could be from or to any airport if we have empty legs.
